If you had followed my advice last month, you would be better now.
If I were you, I would have taken his advice.（从句表示现在时间，主句表示过去时间）
If you had listened to me, you might not be in such trouble now.（从句表示过去时间，主句表示现在时间）
If it hadn't been raining those days, we should be going on with the second stage of the works.（从句表示过去进行时间，主句表示现在进行时间）
